Ok, here are my tricks...I don't know what I would do without my ipod - books are downloaded onto that fabulous invention and listened to...in the car, at the gym, while waiting for appointments, stuck in traffic, on the airplane, in the shower (Sharper Image makes an amazing wireless, waterproof ipod speaker), pretty much any extra second or anytime I can multi-task.
